General information & Terms

•  The tours are operated daily, year round (except on the Jewish New Year & Yom Kippur).
   Please make your reservations well in advance.

•  The tours are guided in English. For second language (Spanish, French or German) please see the
   Language Schedule Table.

•  While on tour, customers are obliged to stay with their group and the guide. Separation from the group can
   result in being left behind & will be at customers expense. Please carry your passport with you at all times.

•  Please note that tours prices are subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

•  The price for two day tours includeas half-board accommodation in 3 or more star hotels.

•  Tourists presenting their passport are exempt from the payment of VAT. All prices are in US Dollars.

•  The price of tours include all entrance fees and does not include lunch.

•  A 10% reduction is given to children under the age of 12 & to students.

•  Children under the age of 5 are not accepted.

•  Due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be changes in routes or departure times. 'United Tours'
   reserves the right to cancel tours due to circumstances beyond our control.

•  To cancel a reservation, please notify 'United Tours' 24 hours in advance in order to avoid the cancellation
   fee.

•  Insurance covers passengers and their luggage for the duration of the tour. 'United Tours' acts as direct
   or indirect agent between the passengers participating in the tours, hotels and sites or restaurants.

•  'United Tours' can not be held responsible for any damage and/or injury or loss which is beyond the control
   of 'United Tours'.
